When the body is in pain most would agree that they can not focus well. And so many go to grab a pill bottle to take a drug that never ends the pain. As spiritual creatures it is important to stay in tune mentally, physically, and spiritually to enjoy the fullness of the life we have been blessed to experience. Thus helping us stay in tune mentally, physically, and spiritually to enjoy the fullness of life.

Control That Anger Before Satan takes Control of You

There have been times we have all had situations where someone makes us so angry we have chosen to put our faith on the shelf. Instead of letting God handle our situation we took matters into our own hands to only end up with more trouble. This is just what the enemy wants you to do. Today when someone makes you angry remember this scripture so satan won't get a hold on you:
“In your anger do not sin” Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. ~ Ephesians 4:26-27

Standing On HIS PROMISES

Many times we go through trying times but once you know God your storms have a sweet spot of peace. You can just sit back and thank God for all you have as you watch the enemy rage at his worse just to fail because he can't touch your sweet spot of peace during the storm. 
Continue to stand on HIS PROMISES: "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows." ~ Psalm 23:5

Stand on Hope In Trouble Times

When all seems lost and your back is against a wall. Focus not on what you can see that man has created, but focus on the hope you have in God who loves you. Brothers and sister do not let your mind be shaken or troubled. Stand firm on this word:
“And now, Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in You. ~ Psalm 39:7
