Dear Parents warn your children against using the snap chat app on their phone. Talk to them about safety and wise use of these apps. There are many programs to help you monitor what your child is doing on their phone. For those not savvy on the new technology just purchase a phone that allows your child to do the basic (Talk). Just a thought: If you put junk food in front of your children and walk away what do you think they will do?
